Bio-pharmaceutical company Sangart is to create 120 new jobs in Cork, it was revealed last night.
The drug manufacturer announced it will build a new plant in Carrigtwohill, leading to the creation of 120 positions.
The project is supported by IDA Ireland and construction jobs are also expected to come online as a result.
The new facility will serve as Sangart’s European headquarters.
Sangart develops biopharmaceutical products to treat trauma patients and sickle cell anaemia.
