Phil Barnes, Business Development Manager For Ireland

Masternaut has announced the appointment of Phil Barnes as business development manager for Ireland. The appointment of Barnes has significant strategic importance to the company, following encouraging growth and re-investment by Irish companies in their local telematics market. 

Barnes joins Masternaut with many years of senior management experience in the SaaS/telematics arena. He will join a team of 20 and head-up the Masternaut Ireland sales operation.

Masternaut has been operating in Ireland for over 10 years, during which time the mobile logistic management firm has introduced new products to market that include mobile workforce management, green solutions and business intelligence tools that support a variety of back office operational departments. Established customers are from all sectors of industry, including Michael Dixon International, Montgomery Refrigeration, Bryson Recycling and Warmflow.

Commenting on his new role, Barnes said, “Masternaut is committed to cementing and growing our operations and telematics product portfolio for customers in Ireland.
