MaxRoam's iPhone 4 SIM allows users to make calls and send SMS messages affordably anywhere in Europe
Dublin-headquartered mobile network operator Cubic Telecom has launched the first low-cost roaming solution for the Apple iPhone 4, which allows users to access the internet, make calls and send SMS messages anywhere in Europe.
“MaxRoam products dramatically reduce customers’ mobile roaming costs when travelling across Europe,” commented Pat Phelan, director of Products and Innovation at Cubic Telecom.
“We are constantly developing new technology to stay ahead of mobile operators who charge extortionate roaming rates. Our service is fully transparent and user friendly with no contracts, no bills and definitely no shocks.”
The SIM cards are sold under the brand name MaxRoam and can be purchased now at MaxRoam.com for €99 with 50MB of preloaded data, 90 minutes of calls and 100 SMS. Any iPhone user can now avail of one low-cost rate across Europe.”
The iPhone 4 launch follows on from last month’s launch of the MaxRoam SIM card for the iPad.
