The invitation to Apple's 9 September press event
It’s official – Apple is holding a press event at 10am Pacific Time on 9 September, confirmed by invitations the consumer tech giant sent out to members of the media today.
In typical Apple fashion, the invitation said little.
“9.9.2014. Wish we could say more,” black letters on a white and pale grey background say on the invitation.
Apple is expected to reveal the so-called iPhone 6 in two iterations: a 4.7-inch size and 5.5-inch size, and possibly a new smartwatch, the so-called iWatch.
The event will unfold at the Flint Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of De Anza College in Cupertino, California, MacRumors reported.
