Branded the “world’s most powerful smartphone” by Motorola, the Atrix 4G made its first foray into tech circles, along with the tablet Xoom, the Cliq 2 and the Droid Bionic.
Yesterday, for the first time, the newly independent Motorola Mobility gave the world a glimpse of the first tablet that will run Android 3.0 Honeycomb.
Since launching 23 Android smartphones in 2010, Motorola’s new lineup is embracing new game-changing technologies, according to Sanjay Jha, chairman and chief executive officer, Motorola Mobility, who was speaking yesterday at CES in Las Vegas.
“We’re innovating across the board – not just in smartphones – as we revolutionise mobile computing with experiences that push the limits of what you thought was possible with your mobile device,” he said.
