Revealed – next-generation tablet PCs running on Atom

LAS VEGAS – Intel has revealed the next generation of tablet computers running on its Atom processor, including tablet computers with Windows 7 and Android.

At the Intel stand at the Consumer Electronics Show, tablet devices from a number of manufacturers, including Fujitsu, Samsung, Avaya and Gentech, all due to debut in the current quarter, were demonstrated, including the sliding PC 7-series notebook/tablet from Samsung.
