A recent article published by techeye.net discusses the possibility that Linden Labs, creators of online virtual game Second Life, may have been acquired by the Microsoft Corporation.
The rumours began when a tweet posted on Twitter said: “A little birdie told me that Microsoft may have silently offered to buy Linden Lab this week”.
Linden Labs recently underwent major management changes with CEO Mark Kingdon stepping down in June of this year.
