Ennis, Co Clare, is to be the main beneficiary of up to 100 new jobs being created by TTM Healthcare as part of a €5m expansion. Jobs will also be located in Cork, Dublin, London, Preston and Berlin.
TTM Healthcare was founded in Co. Clare in 2002 by CEO Brian Crowley.
The 100 new positions, which will be created over the next three years, will be a mix of compliance and recruitment consultants, as well as sales professionals based in Ennis, Cork, Dublin, London, Preston and Berlin and include a number of permanent healthcare professional roles being created in TTM’s healthcare services division.
TTM Healthcare currently employs 190 permanent staff and 900 professional healthcare contractors.
TTM Healthcare is one of the largest recruitment agencies in the country and the expansion announced today will see TTM open a new office in Cork, adding to its existing network of Irish offices in Ennis and Dublin. The company is also developing a presence in the west and midlands.
Challenges in healthcare recruitment
“Last year, TTM Healthcare helped place more than 3,000 specialist healthcare professionals into employment,” Crowley said.
“This success and our expansion plans are only made possible by the dedication of our staff and our track record of successfully working with major healthcare centres across all our markets. Our business is based on having great people and we look forward to recruiting more new Irish talent to join our growing team in the Mid-West.
“Internationally, many countries face challenges in healthcare recruitment, with aging populations across Europe creating a growing demand for more specialist healthcare professionals in a variety of settings.
“We believe that TTM Healthcare is well positioned and has the experience and capabilities to exploit these opportunities from our Irish base.”
The €5m investment is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through Enterprise Ireland.
