Daysha Consulting, an IT project management and consulting firm, is to create 15 new jobs over the next 12 months following an investment of €1.5m, bringing its total number of staff to 40.
It is expected that the company will be looking to fill the new positions with IT project management experts, business analysts and technical architects, primarily be based in Daysha Consulting’s Dublin office.
The Irish company provides IT programme and project management services to clients such as IBM, Zurich Insurance, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH) and Enterprise Ireland, and has shown reasonable growth since 2010. Daysha Consulting is expected to achieve 25pc revenue growth by the end of this year.
The new roles on offer have been created to facilitate the company’s expansion of its Project Management as a Service (PMaaS), developed as a result of what the firm found to be an increasing need among Irish business.

This new model provides businesses with a great degree of flexibility in terms of resources and costs, and we have been receiving a lot of interest among existing and new clients.”
