HTC has unveiled another smartphone with Beats audio, the Sensation XL, which has a 4.7-inch screen.
The Sensation XL is the second HTC smartphone with Beats audio. The Sensation XE, revealed last month, was the first.
The Sensation XL is 9.9mm thick. Along with the phone’s built-in audio tuning by Beats, it also includes urBeats headphones, which are optimised for the phone.
The headphones have a microphone for hands-free calling and an on-cable ControlTalk remote control so users can pause, advance or rewind a track. The remote control also lets users answer a call in the middle of a track.
The Sensation XL has a ringtone trimmer to edit a music track to be used as an audio alert for an incoming call or message.
HTC Watch is included in the Sensation XL, letting users watch a library of movies and TV shows.
The smartphone is also equipped with an 8MP camera with an f/2.2 28mm wide-angle lens with BSI sensor.
The HTC Sensation XL will be available in Ireland from early November.
