Sky Go Now, which allows 10m Sky customers to watch live channels over the internet as part of their subscription, is now available as an app on Apple’s App Store for Irish and UK customers.
On iOS devices, Sky TV customers will be able to access all five Sky Sports channels, ESPN and Sky News, with further channels to be added over time.
This means Sky Sports customers will be able to watch a line-up of live sports on the move and free of charge, while Sky Movies customers can view a selection of Sky Movies channels live.
Sky Go brings together two existing services, Sky Player, Sky’s online TV service and Sky Mobile TV, the UK’s largest mobile TV service, with these services rebranded as Sky Go.
