Dropbox has partnered with Adobe to help make PDF projects easier to manage on the go, with new services allowing users to mess around with documents and pass them along more easily.
By linking your Dropbox account to your Adobe apps, you can open PDFs that you have stored in the cloud without having to go through a browser.
Because they’re linked, you can handle it all within the Adobe app.
What’s even cooler, though, is a project not quite ready for release, “available soon” on iOS – probably before Christmas, as the Android variant specifically cites a 2016 release.

This will see iPhone and iPad users able to annotate and comment on PDFs stored on Dropbox, using Acrobat Reader mobile.
So, no more printing out PDFs and scribbling notes on them.
What’s handy about this is you can doctor your PDFs a bit and send them on to colleagues straight away, which could be a huge timesaver for business people on the go.
Dropbox currently stores more than 18bn PDFs, so anything that makes the management of them easier will be welcome.
You need the Acrobat Reader desktop app to get the ball rolling or, if you already have it, then give it a quick upgrade.
