TitanHQ is expanding its operations in Galway, adding 10 new IT staff just a month after rebranding the company from SpamTitan.
Technical support engineers, software developers, web developers and testers will be sought as TitanHQ grows its workforce to 40 in total.
Founded in 1999, TitanHQ operates in the email and web security field and has grown significantly since the start of the decade.
“TitanHQ has pursued very rapid growth since 1999 on the back of a number of significant investments, new product launches and a complete company rebrand,” said Ronan Kavanagh, CEO of the company. “This recruitment drive is the next step in our growth plan.”
IT jobs in Galway
It’s been a decent month for Galway, with Cut-e announcing only last week that it was looking to fill 16 positions across areas like occupational psychology, marketing, finance and other support functions in the coming months.
At the start of the month, start-ups in the region received a boost on the back of Bank of Ireland-backed StartLab Galway, designed to incubate high-potential tech start-ups, supporting them through rapid scaling.
“We’ve achieved consistent year-on-year growth since 1999 and these new positions will be key in fuelling our future growth,” said TitanHQ’s Kavanagh.
“Galway is a great place to live, whether you want history and amazing scenery or an exciting nightlife with excellent entertainment, Galway has it all.”
