We all know Dave Grohl is a legend.
Any Dave Grohl naysayers were silenced earlier this year when he proved just how badass he truly is when he broke his leg at a concert in Sweden but still finished the show, with the band subsequently tweeting the below, showing just how serious the injury was.

Grohl and his fellow Foo Fighters also got a lot of kudos this year when they Rick-rolled the nasty Westboro Baptist Church (you know,the ones who picket funerals), much to the internet’s amusement.
And now Grohl has shown he’s secure enough in his rockstar prowess to take on another legendary drummer – Animal from The Muppets.
Filmed for the latest episode of The Muppets’ TV show, which aired in the US last night, the clip sees Grohl tell Animal it’s “time for school” before the pair embark on an epic drum battle that ends with both sets of drum kits being overturned.
