LinkedIn recently published its fifth annual report, which surveyed almost 4,000 acquisition decision makers to find out what the top recruitment trends for 2016 are likely to be – and recruitment company Lucas Blake has distilled the key points into a handy infographic.
The difficulty of sourcing candidates in high-demand talent pools, like many tech areas, is cited as an obstacle to attracting top talent by nearly half (46pc) of those surveyed, while employer brand is also cited as something of paramount importance.
