TTM Healthcare is looking to hire 500 people over the next five years on the back of investment from Broadlake, which has taken a 30pc stake in the company.
With a HQ in Ennis, and offices in Dublin, Cork, Germany, Poland and the UK, TTM announced the 500 new roles following Broadlake’s investment, with employee numbers expected to double over the five-year expansion plan.
“TTM has grown rapidly in recent years and this investment will help the company to reach new heights in terms of both expanding the team and our service offering to clients,” said Brian Crowley, CEO of TTM Group.
“We can see huge opportunities for our business to scale over the next five years. The WHO has indicated that demographic changes in most western European countries are leading to an older population with more complex medical needs, while at the same time fewer young people are choosing healthcare careers.”
Meanwhile, CEO of Broadlake, Pete Smyth, said: “What attracted us to TTM is the quality and ambition of the team, the innovation of the healthcare services they offer and the high standards of care that TTM provides for its patients and customers.”
