When compiling this week’s Careers round-up, we encountered a small issue: there were too many jobs announcements in recent days and not enough available slots on our list. It’s a rare instance of an editorial platform that I feel fortunate to have.
There were close to 600 jobs announced this week across Ireland.
IBM announced that 150 positions have been created at its newly launched Digital Delivery Centre in Damastown, Co Dublin. Kaseya also will hire 130 for its IFSC office following an investment of €19m from the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund.
Global payments company YapStone is bringing some seriously good fortune to Drogheda. The organisation plans to open its international headquarters in the Louth town, creating 200 jobs in the process.
Canadian news app firm PressReader revealed plans to grow its Dublin workforce by 65 this week. Bringing us up to our magic number of 595, global digital company Zevas announced 50 new positions in Cork.
