We visited the Dublin office of Dun & Bradstreet to find out more about the New York-founded data company.
At Dun & Bradstreet’s Dublin hub, we spoke to various members of staff to find out more about the “true data company” – as it was described by site lead Dónal Cavanagh.
We heard from software developer Hazel Bracken, who began on the graduate programme, about the supports and opportunities she has received for her development so far, while senior technical manager Patrick O’Sullivan discussed the company’s culture and diversity.
“When I think about the culture here at Dun & Bradstreet, the first thing that comes to mind is our diversity,” he said.
“With our graduate recruitment programme with the colleges, we’ve got centennials and millennials coming in here and working closely with our more senior baby boomers to get a very varied perspective on the work we do.”
