DocuSign has revealed today that one-third of 100 new jobs planned for Dublin will go into a new Dublin customer support centre.
In March, DocuSign revealed plans to locate 100 new jobs in Dublin at a new EMEA office across a panoply of roles.
Today the digital transaction management (DTM) company confirmed that a third of these new jobs will be in this new customer support centre.
The centre will serve the DocuSign Trust Network of more than 100,000 customers and 50m users in 188 countries.
“The opening of our Dublin customer support centre is another great boost for Irish companies looking to take their business 100pc digital with DocuSign,” said Ronan Copeland, vice president of commercial sales (EMEA), at DocuSign.
“We’re pleased to tap into the vast talent pool in Ireland to serve our growing base of EMEA customers who have standardised on DocuSign for digital transaction management to achieve their business transformation.”
Last week it emerged that Dell and Intel contributed US$45m to a US$488m Series F funding round, bringing to more than US$500m the amount of venture capital raised by DocuSign.
The latest investment round values DocuSign at more than US$3bn.
