Fujitsu Ireland has announced that it’s to hire 35 new staff over the next six months for its office in Swords, Co Dublin.
Fujitsu Ireland are looking to add to the 30 positions already filled by the IT solutions provider earlier this year, with the announcement made at this morning’s Dublin Chamber of Commerce Smart Series breakfast event, which the company was sponsoring.
According to Fujitsu Ireland, the 35 jobs will be spread across a variety of technical and business roles, including project management; network architecture and security; java specialist, oracle specialists and bid management.
Speaking at the event this morning, Fujitsu Ireland’s strategic projects director, Ronan Coy, commented: “At Fujitsu Ireland, we are looking for a selection of candidates across technical and business roles to join our team, which consists of 350 people. With excellent opportunities for growth, we are looking to recruit people who are customer focused and solutions driven and motivated to work in a dynamic and challenging environment”.
Also welcoming the announcement, CEO of Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Gina Quin, said: “Fujitsu’s expansion plans are a boost for the Dublin region and further evidence that the economic growth is continuing to pick up pace.
