Online backup provider KeepItSafe has forged a managed services partnership with Irish IT services player Datapac.
“This business alliance brings together two industry-leading companies with complementary expertise,” explained Jimmy Kehoe, director of sales and marketing, ICT Solutions at Datapac.
“Datapac is offering the KeepItSafe online backup solution to customers, giving them new choices with a comprehensive set of cloud services and security applications,” Kehoe said.
Alliance strategy
The move is part of KeepItSafe’s strategy to create alliances that give managed services companies the ability to offer comprehensive cloud services encompassing online backup.
“If we can collaborate with like-minded partners to advance the field of data protection and online backup, our team has accomplished a lot,” stated Eoin Blacklock, co-founder, KeepItSafe.
“Over the last number of years, we have aligned ourselves with partners that put data protection and data backup top of the agenda when rolling out IT infrastructure to customers.”
