Apple plans three new Mac Pro configurations

Apple is reportedly planning to launch three new design configurations of its Mac Pro family for the first time in two years.

Apple is understood to have been working on a new Mac Pro design that is rackable and stackable, including more space for storage drives, according to 9to5Mac.

The new machines will also come with Thunderbolt technology and could be unveiled next week at Apple’s WWDC.

It has also been reported that Apple will debut a redesigned MacBook Pro which will feature Retina Display technology.

Also expected are newly refreshed 11-inch and 13-inch MacBook Air machines and new iMac machines in two sizes.
