Google has revealed a swathe of new hardware led by two new smartphones – the 5.2-inch 5X and the 5.7-inch 6P – which will only be sold online and which will be available for pre-order from today in Ireland, the US, the UK, Canada and Japan.
The LG-manufactured Nexus 5X features a Snapdragon 808 processor and works across the GSM and LTE bands.
The 5X is expected to start at US$379.99 for the 16GB version, which will come in Carbon, Quartz and Ice Blue, according to Android Police.
The Huawei-manufactured 6P will have a 5.7-inch WQHD display, a 3450mAh battery, dual front-facing speakers and a Snapdragon 810 v2.1 processor.
The 6P, which will be available in Gold, Aluminium, Graphite and Frost will cost around US$499.99 for the 32GB version.
Pre-orders for the new devices will only be available in the Google Store online and won’t be available in carrier stores.
