Nintendo will release a blue Wii console bundle to celebrate the launch of Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The new Wii bundle will include the blue version of the newly-configured console along with a copy of the upcoming game.
The console is not backwards-compatible with the Gamecube games and accessories and is designed to sit horizontally rather than vertically.
Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games is the latest instalment of the crossover sports series, which stars video-game mascots Mario and Sonic, as well as other characters from each of their games.
New events have been added, including football, show jumping and canoeing, and old events from the previous games, such as 100m sprint, aquatics and table tennis, make a return.
The game also includes a number of mini games linked with London’s most famous landmarks.
The Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games blue Wii bundle will be available from 18 November.
