After acquiring Irish start-up ProcessUs, Hikari will be hiring for tech, sales and marketing professionals over the next three years.
Hikari, a data analytics company based in Dublin, plans to create 30 new jobs over the next three years.
The announcement comes on the back of its acquisition of software development start-up ProcessUs, which will immediately bring the total number of employees at Hikari to 20.
Hikari delivers data analytics, business intelligence and process automation services to clients. It will now add end-to-end data analytics and process engineering solutions to its services.
The company will invest €2.1m over the next three years while recruiting software developers, process re-engineers and sales and marketing professionals.
Dublin-headquartered ProcessUs also has operations in the Netherlands. The acquisition deal means that 60pc of Hikari’s clients will now be in Ireland, with 25pc in the Netherlands and 15pc in the US. These clients span telecoms, financial services, retail, local government, supply chain and semi-state bodies.
Hikari’s founder and executive chair, Eamon Moore, described the acquisition as a “win-win” for the two businesses as they have complementary strengths.

David Cox, founder and director of ProcessUs, added that the merger is expected to accelerate business growth.
