Online advertising player AdRoll, which plans to create 100 jobs in its first year, is already halfway towards achieving that target and is about to move to bigger offices in Burlington Plaza, Dublin 4.
AdRoll established its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) headquarters in Dublin last October, with plans to create 100 jobs in the first 12 months. Since the company’s launch, AdRoll is ahead of its schedule in terms of business and the quality of staff available has exceeded expectations.
With 45 people currently in place in Dublin, the company is actively hiring across all functions, including sales, account management, business development, finance and engineering to support customers in a number of languages throughout the EMEA region.
This June, AdRoll will move into its new 10,349 sq-foot office at Burlington Plaza following a 10-week refurbishment.
Location of choice
“We are very excited about the talent we have found in Ireland and the response we have had since entering the European market,” said Marius Smyth, AdRoll’s managing director of EMEA.
“We have outgrown two offices already, but we believe our new space will see us through to fulfilling our ambitions to have a large, high-performing multilingual team in Ireland to service our clients across Europe, Middle East and Africa.”
AdRoll is a retargeting platform with more than 10,000 active advertisers worldwide. The company’s marketing platform enable brands of all sizes to create personalised ad campaigns based on their own website data, ensuring maximum return on online advertising spend.
With a 97pc customer rate, AdRoll provides transparency and reach across the largest display inventory sources, including Google AdX, Twitter and Facebook.
“In recent years, IDA has begun to look to towards embracing new high-growth companies – just like AdRoll,” said IDA Ireland chief executive Barry O’Leary.
“AdRoll’s choice of Ireland as a place to do business is an endorsement of Ireland’s reputation as a location of choice for fast-growing businesses to expand into the EMEA market. I would like to offer the continued support of IDA Ireland as it moves to its new premises in Dublin’s Burlington Plaza, which will provide AdRoll the capacity for future growth in Ireland.”
