Liam Casey, founder and CEO of PCH International, attended Career Zoo on 13 September in Dublin to meet potential candidates to fill jobs in Ireland.
“We’re here to access great talent,” said the Irish entrepreneur, who was also in Dublin to attend the Hardware Hackathon that his company hosted with Dublin City University.
At Career Zoo in the Convention Centre Dublin, Casey said PCH International was enjoying a great reaction from attendees and meeting interesting, open-minded people with great ideas.
PCH International helps tech companies bring products from production lines to consumers anywhere in the world and, in Ireland, the company is seeking recruits who are aware of data analytics and who have the know-how to access a product anywhere in its life cycle.
Casey said he is always looking for great engineers for product development and R&D but, for a career on the service side supporting the tech industry, he believes it’s entirely possible for job-seekers to transfer skills from another sector.
