We’re just sitting here picking our jaws off the floor as an immense 24 hours saw over 900 jobs announced in Ireland.
The bulk of those positions were created in Fermanagh by Teleperformance, a customer service management company, who will roll the jobs out by 2018.
The rest of the week was no slouch either, with an additional 350 jobs announced. The big provider here is cloud expert Sage, more than doubling its workforce by bringing 300 jobs to Dublin.
And the good news doesn’t stop there. The latest Morgan McKinley report shows that financial services, professional services and life sciences have helped to boost the number of available jobs by 10pc.
The jobs market continues to flourish in tech, and this week we got a glimpse inside the offices of financial services company Fidelity Investments.
