In our employer insights series, Michael O’Connell, demand generation manager at Quantcast, gives us an insight into what it’s like to work at the company’s EMEA headquarters in Dublin.
Quantcast specialises in online audience measurement and digital advertising through its two products: Quantcast Measure, a self-service analytics tool used by about 100m websites; and Quantcast Advertise, a real-time tool to deliver targeted advertising across mobile, social, video and display.
In Dublin, the team has grown rapidly since the office opened in January last year. With this remarkable rate of growth, O’Connell says that new hires can look forward to career opportunities, as well as catered lunches and ‘beer cart Fridays’.
Quantcast takes a typical tech company approach of a flat structure where lower-level employees have access to executives and a monthly meeting ensures everyone is kept in the loop regarding the business at hand.
Quantcast is currently seeking candidates with an interest in technology to fill roles in sales and marketing, operations, client services, sales planning and finance.
