Thirty jobs are to be created in Dublin by the workforce solutions firm CXC Corporate Services with the opening of its new EMEA hub and services centre.
Currently operating in 60 countries globally, CXC Corporate Solutions is one of the largest providers of workforce solutions for companies, largely basing its remit on the areas of contractor management, compliance, risk mitigation, remuneration and payroll technology solutions.
Founded in 1992 in Australia, the company’s customer base includes companies such as Cathay Pacific, Macquarie and global multinationals Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Deloitte, Pfizer and Deutsche Bank.
Having already established an office in Cork, the company has now announced an expansion, with a new Dublin office to be based in a new development currently under construction on Coke Lane in Smithfield, Dublin 7.
‘Dublin is perfectly positioned’
It will now begin looking for applications for the 30 positions in the areas of operations, multilingual sales, marketing and support.
Among its recent announcements include its agreement to form a partnership with the on-demand sourcing platform Elevate Direct, which will be supported from Ireland.
Speaking of the announcement, CXC Corporate Services’ managing director, Connor Heaney, said: “We have invested in Dublin as it’s perfectly positioned between our two major growth markets, the US and EMEA.
“The talent pool available to us in Ireland plus the ease of access it affords to the US and EMEA were key drivers in our decision to locate here.”
