Ve Interactive, a marketing technology business based in the UK, has opened up a new office in Dublin’s Dogpatch Labs, with 10 jobs on the way.
Ve Interactive’s 14-strong Dublin hub – four roles have already been filled – will be the company’s second international office announced this year, and will see the company consolidate its place in the Irish market.
Offering “conversion-enhancing technology” to online businesses, Ve Interactive has opened 34 international offices since its creation in 2009. Delhi was the other opening this year.
“The Irish eCommerce industry is thriving and Dublin has evolved into a global tech hub over the last decade,” said Brian O’Keeffe, MD of the Dublin operation.
“Ireland is the EU’s fastest growing economy and, being a native myself, I’m looking forward to bringing further value to this already booming digital market with our data-led conversion technology.”
Capable workforce
Dublin’s competitive and capable workforce, coupled with its mature tech scene, was influential in the company’s decision.
Earlier today it was announced that a new five-year plan from Endress+Hauser will see 20 highly-skilled software roles created in Kill, Co Kildare, almost doubling the company’s workforce in Ireland.
With a local sales and service centre in Kill, as well as a satellite office in Cork – both serving its domestic Irish client base – the new hub will help the company serve eight other markets in Europe.
The GM of the company’s Irish operation said he was “proud” that Ireland was chosen as the hub, with Christopher Roche noting a “strong focus on innovation and R&D” at the facility.
“Choosing Ireland as the location for this hub also shows Endress+Hauser’s commitment to their operations in Ireland, which will only grow in the future,” he said.
Ve Interactive was named the fastest growing company in the Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 in 2015.
