Eircom has launched a mobile version of its eircom.net website, optimising it for smaller screen sizes on any mobile device.
The site gives users access to their Eircom Webmail accounts, address book and calendar. They can view shared content, including folders, contacts and schedules. They can also conduct advanced mailbox searches.
It also displays mobile video content delivered through Brightcove’s smart player, which can run video through Flash or HTML5, depending on what the mobile device supports.
The site includes breaking news, sport, entertainment, weather, business news and details on the lotto. Pages can also be shared through social networks.
The mobile site is available through eircom.net.
