Fans of the popular video game Angry Birds can delve into the St Patrick’s Day spirit with a holiday-themed version of the game.
The St Patrick’s Day version of Angry Birds includes shamrocks, pots of gold, a Celtic soundtrack, ‘Go Green, Get Lucky’ levels and pigs sporting leprechaun hats.
St Patrick’s Day doesn’t mark the first time Angry Birds has adopted a holiday theme. Christmas, Halloween and Valentine’s Day have all received the Angry Birds treatment.
Angry Birds, developed by Rovio, has 40m users worldwide. Players of the game help angry birds exact vengeance on thieving green pigs by launching birds via slingshot at the pigs on a playing field.
