Promethean, the interactive learning technology business, has launched a recycling campaign to support the NSPCC’s Childline service in Scotland.
‘Give Every Child a Voice’, is a recycling campaign among Scottish schools that aims to promote awareness for Childline through its recycling initiative.
The main drive of the campaign will be encouraging people and schools to recycle unwanted or old mobile phones, while promoting citizenship, enterprise and the environment.
For every 250 mobile phones a school collects, Promethean will donate £500 to Childline and an ActivExpression Learner Response System will be awarded to the school.
The ‘Give Every Child a Voice’ initiative follows the success of the similar ‘Jack and Jill’ campaign in Ireland.
