ACIA has partnered with Teen-Turn to provide young women with the chance to experience a STEM environment.
The lack of diversity in STEM is a complex and multifaceted issue. In turn, it needs a comprehensive and multi-pronged solution.
One of those solutions is provided by Teen-Turn, an organisation that provides young women with the opportunity to undertake a summer placement in a fast-paced STEM environment.
The Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) was eager to get involved and brought the women in from various schools in Dublin’s inner city. We headed down to the firm’s Dublin office to see how the programme went.
