Dr Maureen Gaffney was the final speaker at Inspirefest 2016, delving into the science of happiness with some valuable information and a few brilliant one-liners to take away. None more so than this reminder: “We’re all fish swimming around in the same water; our happiness affects everybody else.”
With bouts of humour and a focused series of concise life advice, it was a fine way to sign off the main event.
