In our third episode, we spoke to QT Technologies’ Paul Kelleher about his career in engineering and the company’s presence in Cork.
Kelleher shared invaluable insights on the importance of diverse skills, patience and collaboration in an industry full of ups and downs. “You need to build out your skills. Don’t be reliant on one skill, you need skills across multiple areas,” he said.
“That will help you become a more well-rounded engineer, that will help you through the difficult times but also help you to appreciate what you have.
“Don’t be in a rush. Life goes quickly, enjoy it, especially when you’re young, because you’ll miss it when you’re older.”
