Tammuz Dubnov of Zuzor discusses the experience economy and what businesses need to do to gain the attention of their audience.
At Inspirefest 2019, Tammuz Dubnov, founder and CEO of Zuzor explained the concept of the ‘experience economy’.
In a consumer market that is more high-tech and more connected, with more options for customers than ever before and trends that are constantly changing, he said that businesses can’t just provide a simple product or service any more.
Instead, they have to consider the full experience for their target audience and “really take the world to the next level and really increase the pace of innovation”.
“That’s also where creativity comes in, where now you have to engage them in a new way,” he said. “Why should they listen to you when they can just look on their phone?”
