At the 2017 Enterprise Ireland Start-up Showcase, we spoke to some recipients of the Competitive Start Fund (CSF) about their business journey so far.
One of these companies, Tandem HR Solutions, is out to fix broken performance management. CEO Aisling Teillard explained how persistence paid off for this start-up as its first attempt applying for CSF was unsuccessful.
“We tried initially with a very early-stage idea, but we were far too early,” she said.
